Take your strength and endurance levels to greater heights with our outdoor bootcamps, strength & conditioning classes right here in Sydney, Australia. It doesn’t matter if you’re a couch lover, busy professional, or a fitness fanatic–we’ve designed each session for absolutely everyone. We won’t ever throw you into the deep end without showing you how to use all fitness equipment properly and safely. Oh, and there will be no boring, one-size-fits-all routines here. Just endorphins, motivation, and results that you can be proud of. You’ll find yourself smiling as you get pumped and work up a serious sweat. That’s a promise.
KIDS’ BOXING & BOOTCAMPS
Running out of ideas on how you can burn off your little one’s excess energy? Sign them up for our kids’ boxing & bootcamps! Our sessions focus on boxing fundamentals (proper stance and footwork training, pad and punching bad work, accurate form and timing, sparring, etc.) and general fitness. As an approved Active Kids provider by the NSW state government, we tailor every class to create a fun and challenging experience for kids of varying skill levels. Your little one will leave with improved hand-eye coordination, footwork, and balance; along with increased athletic and personal confidence. Not to mention, discipline and social skills through interaction with new friends!
WOMEN’S ONLY CLASSES
No men, no fear, no judgement. Achieve your fitness goals in a safe, non-intimidating, women’s only space. Designed to cater to every woman (all shapes and sizes fit here!), we offer regular female-only classes across all areas of our outdoor training sessions. From weight training techniques to kickboxing, to cardio, we have you covered. All workouts have been specially crafted to effectively burn fat, maximise muscle growth, and tone your physique–all whilst simultaneously making you feel great! Leave every class feeling strong, confident, and unstoppable. Shapehouse is sisterhood. We’re a family, and no woman is left alone.

What happens if I want to cancel my membership/training session?
Life got in the way? No problem. You can cancel any direct debit membership or prepaid session at any time via email. That said, note that we have a no-refund policy for monies already paid.

We believe in working with you to show you how to make the changes that will last and enable you to eventually be able to do it on your own.
Are carbs bad for you? What about fats? Should you be eating a plant-based diet? With so much conflicting nutrition advice out there, it’s no wonder you get confused when making dietary decisions. And that’s where we come in! No matter your nutrition concerns, we’ll work with you to develop achievable goals (that you’re comfortable with, of course!), and provide scientifically-based guidance on what to eat to meet your needs. Best part? We believe in healthy relationships with food that are balanced and not depriving. So, there’s no need to bid farewell to any of your favourite foods. Yes, really! Come see for yourself.

We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to fitness here at Shapehouse. That’s why we design all our classes and bootcamps with the ability to scale to your specific needs and abilities. It doesn’t hurt that we’ve got a wide range of equipment here as well–there’s always room for you to regress or progress any exercise or movement whenever necessary. Just so you know, there are no glorified timekeepers here. What we do have, however, are world-class coaching staff who’ll not only motivate and inspire you but also watch your form and care about you. As family members would. Been training here for 15yrs and not only are the owners great and supportive, the gym is clean and very friendly and with World Champion Trainers which makes the training even more exciting, getting to work along side fighters, as well as everyday people, looking to get fit and release the tension from the day! Highly recommand this gym!!

Have been going to Shapehouse's gym for the last 6 years mainly doing functional training. I've been on and off within that time but I have to say there is no other gym I prefer. The trainers are professional and very knowledgeable and focus a lot on technique. It's a family friendly gym where the members as well as the trainers support one another on each of our journeys .

Been going there for about 5 years now. I have been to a few gyms in my life, Just cant compare to Shapehouse. Best boxing and weight loss programs. Best staff and friendly. Keep up the great work guys.
Early mornings are the best.....along with evenings and late early mornings. The people really make it, lots of friendly and encouraging banter and sweaty photos when you have no make up on.....keep it real xx
