I love my competitive bodybuilding, Functional Training & Boxing /Kickboxing. I am always looking to improve my physique by testing new ways to train and trialling different nutrition methods and passing these onto my clients weather they are just looking to get back into shape or prepare for an elite sporting event.
I believe you can always learn new things no matter your experience or time in your field.I continually seek out leaders in all sorts of field to continue my learning.

What makes my style different?
I like to challenge my clients or class and really push them to their limit. I believe the further we push ourselves, the more we realise we can push past what we thought was our limit.
What got you into training?
I starting training at very young age, more specifically around completive Sailing & rugby league.
After stopping both sports in my late teens I began weight training to rehab some injuries and it really took off from there.
The more I trained and improved the more i wanted to learn, then came nutrition and this was when I finally out all the pieces together that id learnt and it took off for there.
Then came bodybuilding, each time I did a competition it i just wanted to get better for the next time and learn how to that.
My career bodybuilding reached new heights year on year and still to this day some 20 years later I am just as in love with it now as I was then.
